Payment & Shipping

The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and in the following countries: EU member states, Switzerland, Israel, Canada, et.al.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

- Value of goods up to 50 € = 5,90 €
- Value of goods over 50 € = shipping free of charge

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the parcel weight:

EU MEMBER STATES:
up to 2 kg = 9,80 €
above 2 kg and up to 5 kg = 16,00 €
above 5 kg = 23,00 €
SCHWITZERLAND
up to 2 kg = 14,25 €
above 2 kg and up to 5 kg = 16,45 €
above 5 kg = 20,30 €
AFRICA
up to 2 kg = 18,90 €
above 2 kg and up to 5 kg = 36,00 €
above 5 kg = 48,00 €
OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES
up to 2 kg = 16,00 €
above 2 kg and up to 5 kg = 38,00 €
above 5 kg = 52,00 €

Terms of delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 7 - 12 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Please be aware that not all payment options might be available in your country of residence.

More details about payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for registered customers.

The invoice amount must be paid within 10 days in the case of payment on account.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
